Description
The extension of the established Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the procurement of passenger transport services, excluding local bus services until July 2026
Lot 1: — The extension of the established DPS due to end on 31 July 2024,until 31 July 2026. This is to allow time for the Council to work with its neighbouring Council Cardiff to develop a joint DPS for future use. The extension will be terminated once the new DPS comes into force.
Organisations are invited to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to gain access to the Council’s Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for Passenger Transport Services.
Successful applicants to the DPS will then, via mini competitions, be requested to submit offers for a variety of Passenger Transport Services, including Mainstream and Additional Learning Needs (“ALN”) School Transport services.
