Het betreft een Openbare Europese Aanbesteding voor het onderzoek: Extern Klantonderzoek. Deze Aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd voor alle UWV-locaties in Nederland. De geraamde van de opdracht voor Extern Klantonderzoek bedraagt €1.700.000 exclusief btw voor de duur van de raamovereenkomst van vier (4) jaar, te verdelen tussen de twee aanbieders van extern klantonderzoek. De geschatte waarde van de Opdracht is hierbij afhankelijk van de ingediende offertes middels minicompetities. Er is geen vooraf bepaalde verdeling van het budget over de twee (2) Opdrachtnemers. De gunning van de minicompetities zal plaatsvinden op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, waarbij het beschikbare budget flexibel wordt ingezet om de strategische en tactische onderzoeksdoelen te realiseren. We maken onderscheid tussen de geraamde en de maximale waarde van de beoogde Raamovereenkomst. Het kan zijn dat we door omstandigheden meer nodig hebben dan we geschat hebben en de omvang substantieel hoger uitvalt dan we nu verwachten. De maximale waarde is door ons vastgesteld op €1.800.000 exclusief btw. Indexeren is mogelijk, meer hierover leest u in de DFA (bijlage 11.1). Het is mogelijk dat de (omvang van de) Opdracht wijzigt vanwege politieke, budgettaire, bestuurlijke of organisatorische ontwikkelingen binnen UWV.
