Original language: GermanDas Staatliche Bau- und Liegenschaftsamt Neubrandenburg plant im Auftrag vom Land M-V in Güstrow die Grundsanierung des Lehrgebäudes II der FHöVPR Güstrow. Der notwendige Umbau der technischen Anlagen erfolgt zur Umsetzung der aktuellen Norm. Die Heizungsanlage inkl. der Heizkörper sowie die Lüftung u. die Sanitäranlagen sind zu erneuern. Ein Baumonitoring ist sicherzustellen. Die Leistung umfasst LST 1 (LPH 2-3), optional LST 2,3,4 (LPH 5-8). HZ II gilt für AG 1.1 - 1.3 u. 1.8. Planungsanforderung: Der Beitrag zur Bauunterlage erfolgt im Mai 2027. Der Baubeginn ist für den Juni 2028 und die Übergabe im Dezember 2031 geplant. Die anrechenbaren Kosten betragen für die KG 410 478.291 EUR, KG 420 547.891 EUR, KG 430 208.800 EUR, (zur Information KG 440/450 1.624.000 EUR) u. KG 480 222.720 EUR brutto. Die Planungsvergabe erfolgt gemäß VgV 2016 über ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb. Der Bewerber, der auf der Grundlage seines Angebotes die bestmögliche Lösung der Aufgabe erwarten lässt, erhält den Auftrag. Vom zu beauftragenden Planer ist zunächst die Leistungsstufe 1 (LPH 2-4) zu erbringen. Die Fertigstellung der Leistungsstufe 1 wird innerhalb von ca. 7 Monaten nach Auftragserteilung erwartet. Die zur Gewährleistung der Zieltermine erforderlichen Kapazitäten müssen vorhanden sein. Die RLBau M-V ist zu beachten.
