Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één leverancier voor een facilitaire reserveringsoplossing die de werkorganisatie HLTsamen ondersteunt bij het reserveren en beheren van werkplekken, ruimtes en facilitaire middelen.
De beoogde oplossing stelt medewerkers in staat om op een eenvoudige en gebruiksvriendelijke wijze reserveringen te maken, te wijzigen en te annuleren, en biedt inzicht in de beschikbaarheid en het gebruik van faciliteiten. De oplossing draagt bij aan een efficiënte en toegankelijke facilitaire dienstverlening en sluit aan op de digitale werkomgeving van HLTsamen, waaronder integraties met Microsoft Outlook en Microsoft Teams.
