Description

The British Council intends to engage a qualified facilities management service provider to submit bids for the provision of Facilities Management Services under a multi-Lot structure. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive services such as security, housekeeping, general office maintenance, air conditioner preventive maintenance, and pest control service. These services will promote efficient facility operations, and the overall health, safety, and comfort of all occupants. To provide comprehensive security and operational support services. To provide exceptional cleaning services ensuring safe and hygienic environment. To maintain and repair the facilities equipment and infrastructure during the contract period of the project. To maintain the upkeep the air - conditioning unit according to the maintenance program set by the client. To ensure all premises remain safe, hygienic, and free from pest infestation while minimizing operational, health, and environmental risks through compliant and sustainable pest management practices.
