Description
Le présent marché porte sur la sélection d’un lieu en Suisse destiné à accueillir la Faculty Retreat de l’EPFL, un événement institutionnel réunissant jusqu’à 250 participantes et participants (professeur·es, MER et cadres académiques). Le marché comprend la mise à disposition d’infrastructures adaptées pour une conférence plénière et des ateliers parallèles sur deux jours consécutifs, ainsi que les prestations d’accueil, de restauration, d’hébergement et d’accompagnement logistique nécessaires à l’événement. Un événement préparatoire (ANP) réunissant environ 50 personnes est organisé la veille du premier jour ; l’hébergement de ces participantes et participants doit être assuré sur le site principal. L’EPFL souhaite établir une collaboration pluriannuelle avec un même lieu afin de garantir une continuité organisationnelle et une qualité constante de l’événement. La Faculty Retreat se déroule chaque année entre la fin des vacances scolaires vaudoises et le début de l’année académique de l’EPFL.
