Roadway Renewal D292RL

This tender concerns comprehensive roadway renewal works on the D292RL. The project scope includes extensive milling of approximately 55,000 sqm of asphalt surface layers, encompassing the base, binder, and surface courses. Additionally, new asphalt layers (base, binder, and surface course) will be constructed over an area of approximately 10,000 sqm. A significant portion of the work involves the construction of new concrete pavement, approximately 31 cm thick and covering about 65,000 sqm, to be executed in a half-lane construction method. This includes concrete pavement works in operating mode 4. Further tasks include texturing and smoothness grinding of the concrete pavement. The project also requires the construction of two new wildlife grids, measuring 9.60 x 3.30 m each, and the installation of a new cable conduit system in the side area, approximately 620 m long. Application of white permanent road markings, totaling around 10,000 m in various line widths, is also specified. The tender includes the repair of three overpass structures (BWe 119a-c), involving concrete repairs, asphalt finishing works, and partial replacement of expansion joints. Furthermore, the repair of a reinforced concrete retaining wall, approximately 230 m long, will be undertaken, including demolition and new concreting of pile cap beams, along with concrete repairs. Finally, the project entails closing a gap in a noise barrier between a structure and an earth embankment, approximately 40 m in length.
