Original language: GermanMaschinelle Fahrbahnreinigung von Bundes-, Landes- und Kreisstraßen nach Unfällen mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen in den Bezirken der Straßenmeistereien Einbeck, Göttingen, Northeim und Uslar, einschließlich der fachgerechten Entsorgung aller aufgenommenen Stoffe.
Der Vertrag wird als Rahmenvereinbarung geschlossen. Da das Auftragsvolumen nicht abschließend definierbar ist, endet der Vertrag mit Erreichen des Gesamtauftragswertes für die Höchstmengen, spätestens jedoch mit Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit. Der Gesamtauftragswert für die Höchstmengen beträgt 150% des angebotenen Gesamtpreises auf Grundlage der Schätzmengen (aus der Massenzusammenstellung).
