Original language: svJönköping Energi AB (den upphandlande myndigheten) avser att upphandla en leverantör för fakturaväxeltjänster. Uppdraget ska säkerställa ett helt digitalt fakturaflöde genom att konvertera inkommande leverantörsfakturor till e-fakturor och därigenom bidra till en effektivare fakturahantering. Tjänsten ska även omfatta ett digitalt utgående fakturaflöde för elektronisk distribution av kundfakturor. Option: I ett senare skede ska myndigheten ha möjlighet att utöka uppdraget med ytterligare hantering av utgående fakturor, inklusive samtliga fakturakanaler och återkoppling. Tidsplan: Full drift senast 20 april 2026, i samband med införandet av nytt affärssystem (IFS Cloud). Avtal planeras tecknas i början av februari 2026.
