The subject of the order is the supply of specialized chemical articles - part 1 - Specialist Paints A. A detailed description of the subject of the order (i.e., quality parameters, functional characteristics, and other requirements) is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - OPZ. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements contained in this document. The contractor undertakes to deliver goods of full value, stored under appropriate conditions and preserved using a method that ensures the maintenance of their properties and technical-operational parameters during storage and transport. Chemical products covered by the order should be delivered in the manufacturer's original individual packaging (e.g., cans, tubes, bottles, etc.). The contracting authority does not allow the separation/transfer of products into replacement containers. The contracting authority requires that the delivered goods be marked in a way that allows the identification of the manufacturer's markings. Individual packaging should include the manufacturer's name and/or logo, description of the contents, catalog number, type/symbol, expiry date, protections used by manufacturers, etc. Goods that cannot be identified will not be accepted. The subject of the order must have an expiry date of not less than 70% of the full shelf life indicated by the manufacturer. Along with the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to provide information about its expiry date, if it is not evident from the delivered documents or packaging. If the expiry date is not indicated on the individual or collective packaging, the contractor is obliged to provide a document containing such information during the acceptance of the subject of the order. The above applies to products with a limited shelf life. When delivering the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to attach safety data sheets (MSDS) in Polish. Failure to provide the safety data sheet will result in the refusal to accept the goods. In the case of the required standard indicated in the OPZ, the safety data sheet of the subject must unequivocally confirm its compliance. If the delivered goods (in whole or in part) do not correspond to the description specified in the SWZ, the contracting authority will refuse to accept the goods, and the contractor will be obliged to deliver goods compliant with the subject of the order within the contract period at their own expense. The manufacturer's warranty will apply to chemical products. The contractor is obliged to provide the contracting authority with the warranty documents for the delivered goods, if the manufacturer has issued them. For goods for which the manufacturer does not specify a warranty period, the contractor assumes responsibility for the quality of the delivered goods for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the contracting authority.
