[1] A detailed description of the subject of the order (i.e., quality parameters, functional characteristics, and other requirements) is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements contained in this document. [2] Due to the specific nature of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority has included in the OPZ a list of products that are approved for use in accordance with the documentation of the Lockheed Martin equipment manufacturer. The contractor may offer an equivalent product (not on the list indicated in the OPZ) provided that it complies with the guidelines contained in the current GUC “General Use Consumables (GUC) List”, developed by the Lockheed Martin equipment manufacturer. [3] Method of access to information that is part of the SWZ, which has not been made available on the website of the proceedings: [3.1.] The Contracting Authority informs that the SWZ contains sensitive information that cannot be made available on the website along with the tender documentation. [3.2.] Confidential data is contained in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, i.e., the GUC “General Use Consumables (GUC) List”, developed by the Lockheed Martin equipment manufacturer. [3.3.] The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 133 sec. 3 of the Pzp Act, will make Annex No. 6 to the SWZ available to those Contractors who directly submit a written request. The aforementioned document will be made available within the time limit for submitting questions to the Contracting Authority regarding the content of the SWZ, as provided for in Art. 135 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act. [3.4.] The GUC list, to the extent necessary to submit an offer, may be made available to Contractors applying for the contract at the Contracting Authority's registered office or electronically after submitting a request. The request should include information about the product items for which the Contractor intends to submit an offer. NOTE! The GUC list does not include products from part 1 items 4, 5; part 2 item 6; part 10 items 2, 5; part 12 item 1; part 14 item 1; part 15 items 4, 9; part 18 item 1; part 20 item 3; part 25 item 1; part 30 item 4. [4] Upon receipt of the documentation containing sensitive data, the Contractor shall take into account its confidential nature and not disclose it to unauthorized persons. [5] The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor applying for the contract to fill out the Price Form – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ as follows: column I (No. 9) – if the product has an NSN, column J (No. 10) – if it has a P/N, and in other cases, the catalog symbol should be provided, column K (No. 11) – CC or manufacturer's name, based on which the Contracting Authority will be able to unequivocally identify the offered assortment, in order to enable comparison of the parameters of the offered products with those requested by the Contracting Authority, it is not required, but it will facilitate the Contracting Authority's identification of the assortment. Failure to fill in column I – if the product has an NSN, column J in each case for any item regarding the part for which the offer is submitted will result in the rejection of the offer. [6] The Contractor undertakes to deliver goods of full value, stored under appropriate conditions and preserved using methods that ensure the maintenance of their properties and technical-operational parameters during storage and transport. [7] Chemical products covered by the order should be delivered in original manufacturer's unit packaging (e.g., cans, tubes, bottles, etc.). The Contracting Authority does not allow the separation/transfer of products into replacement containers. [8] The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered goods be marked in a way that allows identification of the manufacturer's markings. Unit packaging should include the manufacturer's name and/or logo, description of contents, catalog number, type/symbol, expiry date, manufacturer's safety features, etc. Goods that cannot be identified will not be accepted.
