During periods of excessive drought, mowing will be suspended to prevent yellowing and burning of the grass, with no compensation due for this period. Mowing must be executed using appropriate lawnmowers with sharp blades, ensuring no wheel tracks are left behind. If mulching is employed, the clippings must be evenly distributed and not left in piles. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only specific lots and may re-tender other lots separately. Bidders are permitted to submit offers for all lots and may include volume discounts for combined lot awards.
