Maintenance of Fendt tractors

The scope of work for the successful Tenderer includes: - performing manufacturer-recommended and mandatory services for the Fendt tractors (24 units) owned by MK Nzrt.; - carrying out operational and ad-hoc repairs of faults detailed in the individual order; - full condition assessment, fault finding, diagnosis, quotation preparation, spare parts supply; - in every repair case, the tenderer must perform a full inspection of the tractor to be repaired, notify the relevant site engineer of any detected faults, and record them on the work order upon completion of the repair. If a detected fault endangers traffic safety or personal safety, the Tenderer must repair it immediately; if it cannot be resolved on-site, the tractor must be declared unserviceable/inoperable. Upon completion of the work, the Tenderer must prepare a quotation for other observations recorded on the work order and for faults identified during the process within 4 working days. The quotation must be delivered to the Contracting Authority in a verifiable manner (e-mail). - full maintenance, inspection, fault repair, refurbishment as required; - full repair, spare parts supply from stock, independent of the repair; - general metal structure repairs; - full repair and fault diagnosis of hydraulic systems, replacement of parts. Instrumental inspection, refurbishment, supply and replacement of parts for hydraulic main units; - full repair and fault diagnosis of electrical systems; - minor and major overhauls, including replacement of main units and major components where applicable; - calibrations and adjustments according to wear and manufacturer's specifications; - preparation for and execution of technical inspections - all 24 tractors are planned to undergo this at least once during the contract period; - environmental inspection along with the technical inspection - according to fees regulated by the Transport Authority; - insurance administration. Based on the contracting authority's experience during the contract period, the list of planned spare parts to be used is included in the spare parts price list issued as part of the procurement documents. Given that the Contracting Authority cannot precisely determine in advance the composition and exact quantities of fault repair/ad-hoc repair services, spare parts, and call-outs due to the nature of the procurement, the Contracting Authority draws the attention of interested economic operators to the fact that: the quantities specified above (preparation for and execution of technical inspections - all 24 tractors are planned to undergo this at least once during the contract period) are estimated, indicative quantities calculated on an empirical basis, provided for planning purposes. Due to the nature of the procurement, the ordering of the services and spare parts to be procured in exactly the same quantities as specified in this section cannot be guaranteed during the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure. Duration of service: The Contract enters into force on the date of signing by both Parties and is valid from the date of entry into force until the framework amount is exhausted, but for a maximum of 12 months, or at the latest until all contractual obligations arising from the Orders issued under the Contract are fully fulfilled. If the signing by the Parties does not occur on the same date, the Contract enters into force on the later date of signing. The Contract is valid from its entry into force until the full fulfillment of the obligations contained therein. The Customer is entitled to extend the duration of the contract by a maximum of an additional 12 months. In the event of a successful procedure, the Contracting Authority will conclude a contract for a framework amount of HUF 70,000,000 net. The Contracting Authority undertakes an ordering obligation for 70% of the contract's framework amount, i.e., for HUF 49,000,000 net.
