Original language: GermanBei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die teilweise Erneuerung sowie die teilweise Überarbeitung von Fenstern wie in den anliegenden Grundrisszeichnungen farblich dargestellt. Des Weiteren soll an der Westfassade des Innenhofes eine Sanierung der Betonstützen, die z.T. stark mit Rissen durchzogen sind, vorgenommen werden. Der Austausch der Fenster erfolgt gegen Alu-Holzfenster sowie Pfosten-Riegelkonstruktionen für die Eingangsbereiche bzw. die geschoßübergreifenden Elemente. Bei den zu überarbeitenden Fenstern sind eine neue malermäßige Beschichtung sowie eine Überarbeitung der mechanischen Teile durch das Tischlergewerk vorgesehen. Ein Anstrich der Innen-Leibungen und Ertüchtigung mit Kalziumsilikatplatten sollen ebenfalls vorgenommen werden. Die Betonsanierung soll nach der DAfStb-Richtlinie in Verbindung mit "Technische Regel Instandhaltung von Betonbauwerken (TR Instandhaltung)" erfolgen.
