Disinfection cleaning

Within the scope of the contract, the dry and wet cleaning and disinfection of attics, air courtyards, and air shafts of buildings owned by the Municipality of Budapest XIII. District, contaminated with excrement and animal carcasses, pest and parasite control as needed, cleaning, disinfection, and deodorization of heavily contaminated residential properties, disinfection cleaning of properties flooded with sewage, and occasional and emergency extreme cleaning after fires, with a framework amount of HUF 15,000,000 net / 18 months, from which the Contracting Authority may deviate by -30% and +10%. The Contracting Authority's ordering obligation - considering the -30% quantity deviation - applies to a framework amount of HUF 10,500,000 net / 18 months. In 2022, the Contracting Authority ordered 18 disinfection cleanings, in 2023, 22 disinfection cleanings, and in 2024, 27 disinfection cleanings. Expected technology: for air shafts (as needed) alpine technology, disinfection with an ozone generator in enclosed spaces, and disinfection after cleaning on the attic using a spraying method. It is expected that the access roads affected by the work will also be disinfected along with the disinfection of the elevator, and the use of the elevator for work is prohibited (infectious and heavy bags cannot be transported in it). The deadline for completing the occasional order is determined relative to the given task, typically 30 calendar days, and 1 working day in case of emergency. Considering that the task includes the removal of organic waste generated during cleaning and any bulky waste to the waste yard, the Contracting Authority requires as a condition for concluding the contract that the tenderer (or its subcontractor) has the necessary personal and material resources and permits for this.
