The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) invites applications from licensed insurance institutions in Fiji to design, develop, and pilot a minimum viable Climate and Disaster Risk Insurance (CRI) product for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The initiative places a strong emphasis on expanding access to insurance solutions for women-led businesses and underserved market segments. In line with UNCDF’s commitment to advancing Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance (CDRFI) solutions, this intervention seeks to strengthen the financial resilience of MSMEs against climate-related shocks and disasters.
