The audit must be performed in accordance with the Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS) issued by CPA Canada, including any standards that may supersede or replace them during the term of the contract. The Contractor must maintain its independence throughout the engagement in accordance with applicable professional standards and rules of professional conduct. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
