Dear Sir / Madam: UNDP kindly request you to submit your Proposalfor the provision ofEarthquake Recovery - Financial Support and Empowerment for 100 Micro-enterprises in Mandalay, Sagaing, Naypyitaw Regionsas detailed in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference) of this RFP.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
