Met deze aanbesteding beoogt Aanbestedende dienst een leverancier te contracteren voor de levering, implementatie en beheer van één financieel systeem volgens het SaaS-principe met bijbehorende dienstverlening. Dit betekent dat de applicatie niet lokaal op de systemen van Aanbestedende dienst draait maar extern op de servers bij de te contracteren leverancier. De belangrijkste specificaties van het nieuw te leveren financieel systeem zijn: • De applicatie is een zgn. Software as a Service (SaaS) applicatie; • De applicatie kan worden voorzien van (geautomatiseerde) koppelingen met overige door Aanbestedende dienst gebruikte systemen. De overeenkomst bestaat uit de implementatieperiode en de beheerperiode. De implementatieperiode start na ondertekening van de overeenkomst door beide partijen en eindigt na acceptatie van de implementatie waarna de beheerperiode aanvangt.
