Description

New build, four-storey with roof plant level, gross internal area approximately 10,517 sqm. The development comprises a HSE Primary Care Centre and GP block with a Tusla child and family agency office in the north-east block, served by two internal landscaped courtyards. The main public entrance is located on the south elevation off a new access road, with a secondary 7-day access entrance on the west elevation off Cardiffsbridge Road. The building is constructed over five levels with finished floor levels rising from 61.000m at Level 00 to 76.800m at Level 04, with roof plant set back 3.5m from the facade and screened at Level 04. External works include a connection to the new access road, 88 car parking spaces, 64 sheltered cycle spaces, hard and soft landscaping and all associated site and enabling works.
