It is expected to provide the digital infrastructure through which transparency, participation, accessibility, public oversight, and institutional information management can be strengthened in a coherent and sustainable manner. To support this effort, UNDP Maldives, in partnership withKulhudhuffushiCity Council, seeks to engage a qualified local software development firm to undertake the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and handover of a modern, dynamic, dual-language website for the Council.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
