ReFoPlan: „Weiterentwicklung der klima-und ressourcenschonenden Beschaffung einschließlich eines Tools zur Lebenzykluskostenrechnung (LCC) als praktische Arbeitshilfe“ Die Arbeitshilfe „LCC-CO2-Tool“ des UBA soll durch mehrere Ergänzungen erweitert werden. Die bestehenden Emissionsfaktoren werden geprüft und wenn nötig aktualisiert, neue Emissionsfaktoren für mehr Produkte integriert und die Berücksichtigung eines steigenden CO2-Preises im Lebenszyklus implementiert. Das Schulungsskript wird aktualisiert und durch weiteres Schulungsmaterial ergänzt, welches auf direktes Feedback und Wünsche der Nutzenden zurückgeht. In Zusammenarbeit mit einem Praxispartner sollen noch bestehende Hürden der Anwendung genauso analysiert werden wie weitere mögliche Erweiterungen oder Unterstützungsangebote. Für die Multiplikation der Ergebnisse für die öffentlich Beschaffenden sind Veröffentlichungen und Fachveranstaltungen vorgesehen. Für den Bereich der kreislauforientierten Beschaffung, soll sowohl, aufbauend aus zurückliegenden Untersuchung, ein Monitoring stattfinden, als auch die Informationsmöglichkeiten von Beschaffenden zur guten Umsetzung der Kreislaufwirtschaft auf den Seiten des UBA ergänzt werden.
