Finnmark fylkeskommune skal bygge en ny flerbrukshall ved Bjørnevatn i Sør-Varanger. Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om prosjektering og bygging av:Flerbrukshall til undervisningsformål, temperert (minst 10 °C hele året), ca. 23 x 47 m. Bygget skal blant annet inneholde hall, klasserom med tilhørende toaletter, garderobe, bøttekott, lager, mesaninetasje og innvendig grøft til bruk i undervisningen.
