Fleet mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance

Procurement of fleet mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the provisions of the KGFB law, within the framework of an insurance contract for the years 2026-2028. At the time of initiating the public procurement procedure, the contracting authority owns or operates a total of 39 vehicles (2 trailers, 4 slow-moving vehicles, 4 work machines, 9 passenger cars, 1 motorcycle, 19 trucks) for which mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance service must be provided. A breakdown of the vehicles by category is included in the public procurement documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of risk coverage in the manner regulated by the draft contract. The quantity deviation is +/- 30%. The contracting authority informs the tenderers that a deviation of +/- 30% is justified for Part 1 because the affected fleet in this procedure consists of own and leased vehicles. The composition and quantity of the fleet may change during the service period affected by the procurement due to economic decisions, with particular regard to the different ancillary costs of leasing and own ownership. Nevertheless, the scope of tasks to be performed by the Company, and therefore the necessary vehicle fleet, may change through ownership influence, which the contracting authority also cannot foresee.
