Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření smlouvy na provádění činnosti technického dozoru stavebníka a činnosti koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci při realizaci stavby „FN Brno – Rekonstrukce kliniky dětských infekčních nemocí a energeticky úsporná opatření objektu S“ (dále jen „Stavba“), v rozsahu a způsobem stanoveným v návrhu příkazní smlouvy, která je součástí příloh uvedených v čl. XII.4 zadávací dokumentace, a příslušnými právními předpisy (dále jen „Plnění“).
