The subject of the Public Procurement is the performance of construction works consisting of utility relocations, construction of above-ground, transport, and linear structures, including the supply of operational sets and built-in interior equipment and built-in medical technology. The building itself is designed as a standalone new construction without connection to surrounding existing buildings, but connected to the operation within the contracting authority's premises and with direct access from outside the premises. On the north side, it connects to external communication and parking, and on the other sides, the building connects to the internal site communications of the Contracting Authority. It is an eight-story building with one partially sunken basement and seven above-ground floors. The building will serve for outpatient and inpatient operations of the infectious diseases clinic and the dermatology clinic. The operations are logically divided by floors, with one outpatient floor for KIN (Infectious Diseases Clinic) outpatient clinics, a vaccination center, and special consultations, the second outpatient floor for the dermatology clinic (therapeutic clinics, pediatric clinic, general clinics, STI clinics, and procedure room), three inpatient floors for KIN (ICU+IMP, inpatient unit for children and adults), one inpatient floor for the dermatology department, and the top floor for the facilities of both clinics. The subject of the public procurement is therefore primarily: a) construction of a standalone new building without connection to surrounding existing buildings, connected to the operation within the contracting authority's premises and with direct access from outside the premises, performance of utility relocations, construction of above-ground, transport, and linear structures, including the supply of operational sets, interior equipment, and medical technology; b) preparation of supplier's project documentation (manufacturing and workshop documentation, technological procedures for assembly work, etc.); c) preparation of the final construction report according to the contractor's technical conditions, under the condition of observing the non-exceedable limits of the final construction report, defined by the tender documentation; d) preparation of a time and financial schedule of construction, broken down by construction objects and operational sets, which will be further divided into HSV (main construction works), PSV (associated construction works), M (assembly of technological equipment), or Other (in connection with Annex No. 3 - List of required works, supplies, and services), which are decisive for the time progress of implementation; e) preparation of the as-built documentation; f) preparation of a digital building model for building management and maintenance (DIMS); g) ensuring geodetic and geometric surveying of the actual state of the construction; h) inventory of buildings and communications; i) disposal of all waste generated by the construction in accordance with applicable regulations, including its registration and disposal documents and in accordance with the draft contract; provision of warranty service under the conditions of the draft contract. The subject of the Public Procurement also includes ensuring all occupancy permits and providing cooperation from the selected Supplier for the issuance of occupancy permits.
