The quantity to be procured is 104,092,510 kWh. The quantities given in cubic meters in the technical table issued as an annex to the public procurement documents are for information purposes only. The heating value and conversion factor data are included in the price offer detail table. In addition to the specified quantity of natural gas to be procured, an additional quantity of +20% of the total contract quantity can be drawn down as penalty-free over-delivery, and -20% as penalty-free under-delivery. The contracting authorities wish to state that the reason for the specified quantity deviation is the unpredictability of the natural gas consumption required for production activities. The contracting authorities state the following regarding the contract to be concluded: - The contracting authorities declare that they accept the procedure for invoice complaints as defined in the Seller's Business Regulations. - The contracting authorities state that for the calendar year affected by the Contract, the Trader may claim the energy efficiency obligation determined by law and official (MEKH) decision according to Act LVII of 2015 for the quantity attributable to the User from the energy sold by the Trader to the User under the Contract, up to a maximum of HUF 20,000/GJ.
