Procurement of liquid de-icing agent

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with several tenderers based on Section 105 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act. Within the framework of the framework purchase agreement, the contracting authority will order the supply of liquid de-icing agent to BUD Liszt Ferenc International Airport by issuing direct orders. The contracting authority states that direct orders will be sent to the individual tenderers participating in the framework agreement according to the ranking established based on the evaluation criteria applied in the public procurement procedure – as detailed in the draft framework agreement. The main parameters of the framework agreement are: The duration of the framework agreement is 36 months. Framework quantity: 140,000 l/season, 420,000 l/3 years. Characteristics of the product to be supplied: Liquid ice remover based on Potassium acetate, primarily for aircraft traffic areas. It is an easily applicable, fully biodegradable, and environmentally friendly ice remover, combined with an anti-corrosion composition. The de-icing agent must meet the requirements of the SAE AMS 1435 standard. The agent must meet the KAC certification requirements listed in point GM1 ADR.OPS.B.035(b)(3) Operation in winter conditions of EU Regulation 139/2014. Potassium Acetate content: at least 45%. Nature: liquid. Freezing point: at least -50 degrees Celsius or lower. The product does not cause metal corrosion and is free of chlorides, phosphates, nitrites, nitrates, and triazoles. Packaging to be supplied: 1000-liter IBC tank. Expected maximum quantity per direct order: 70,000 liters. Delivery deadline: 1-10 calendar days (evaluation criterion).
