Description

This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of specialist legal advice for small businesses. The specialist legal practitioners are required to provide eligible unrepresented small business clients with advice when referred by the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman as part of a dispute resolution process. Other matters may be referred by other Commonwealth Government Customers.

Conditions for Participation:
The Lead Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not provide a certificate of insurance for professional indemnity and public liability insurance as specified in D.D.3(g) of the draft Deed of Standing Offer.The Lead Customer will also exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not include personnel who are admitted to practise law in Australia and who hold a current practising certificate in Australia. Evidence of a current practising certificate in Australia must be provided. Potential Suppliers must maintain a current practising certificate for the duration of the DoSO.
