WORK OF THIS CONTRACT
.1 Work to be completed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, supplying all materials, equipment, products, labour, and transportation for the Crowsnest/Castle Experience – Front Country project. Work of this Contract is comprised of the following:
.1 Prime Contractor responsibilities
.2 Project Management and Coordination
.3 Safeguarding of work areas
.4 Environmental Requirements
.5 Vegetation Removal
.6 Excavating and Grading
.7 Topsoil Stripping and Placement
.8 Concrete Vault Washroom Installation
.9 Information Kiosk Installation
.10 Seeding and Hydromulch
.11 Miscellaneous and incidental works.

• Crowsnest Lake Day-Use Area: 49°37'54.4"N 114°36'54.9"W
• Pelletier Creek Staging Area: 49°40'32.9"N 114°28'51.1"W
Additional Requirements:
.1 Safety certification, as specified in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders, is a condition of contract award.
.2 The Contractor shall maintain a valid standard COR, SECOR, COREL, or TLC for the duration of the Work of this Contract.
