Initiate the procurement of 1 used excavator work machine. - A Hungarian-language maintenance and operating manual is required. - Must include EEC certificate of conformity, occupational safety certification, and CE marking. - A used work machine is understood by the Contracting Authority to be a machine manufactured/put into circulation no earlier than 2018, or with a maximum of 8000 operating hours. - The work machine must have: o Hungarian technical inspection, o license plate, o registration certificate, o yellow flashing light for road traffic, o servo steering. - The work machine cabin must be: o heated and air-conditioned, o lockable, o soundproofed. - The ready-to-operate weight must be a minimum of 14500 kg and a maximum of 17000 kg. - The machine's dumping height must be at least 6.5 meters, and its digging depth must be at least 5 meters. - Engine: o minimum 4 cylinders, o maximum 6000 ccm diesel, o minimum 80 kW, maximum 115 kW engine power, o immobilizer system. - Work machine drivetrain: o the work machine must be capable of all-wheel drive. - The work machine must be equipped with: o front dozer blade, rear stabilizers, o at least 1 blind spot monitoring camera, o capable of operating a 100% locking differential lock. - Hydraulic system: o the hydraulic pump must have a minimum capacity of 260 liters/minute, o the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system must be 355 bar. - Adapters, attachments: o the boom must be equipped with a quick coupler. In accordance with Section 46 (Paragraph 3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement necessitated a reference to a specific make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation was made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject and must always be understood as "or equivalent" next to or alongside the designation. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that in the case of an equivalent offer, the tenderer must prove the equivalence in their offer.
