O credenciamento do interessado não se confunde com a contratação, a qual só ocorrerá por meio de contratação direta na forma inexigibilidade de licitação, com respaldo no art. 74, IV da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021.
A escolha do fornecedor dentre os credenciados será por seleção do beneficiário direto da prestação do serviço. (art. 79, II da Lei 14.133/2021).
