Original language: GermanDer Freistaat Bayern, vertreten durch die Staatliche Führungsakademie für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten (Auftraggeber), beabsichtigt auf der Basis dieser Vertragsunterlagen den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Lieferung von Arbeitsschutzbekleidung Forst für das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus und seinen nachgelagerten Behörden mit einem Lieferanten (Auftragnehmer). Das Fachlos 1 umfasst die Forstliche Arbeitsjacke. Die Rahmenvereinbarung soll für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren zuzüglich einer zweimaligen Verlängerungsoption von jeweils 1 Jahr (somit mögliche Gesamtlaufzeit 4 Jahre) geschlossen werden. Der Zuschlag erfolgt auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot nach der Freien Verhältniswahl Preis/Leistung (30% Preis; 70% Leistung). Die Leistungspunkte ergeben sich wie folgt: - 10% Lieferbedingungen (1,25% Verpackung, 2,5% Lieferzeiten für das Jahr 2025, 1,25% Lieferzeiten für die Folgejahre 2026-2028, 5% Größenermittlung); - 10% Verfügbarkeit Schnittführung; - 10% Nachhaltigkeit (3,33% Blauer Engel oder gleichwertig, 3,33% Öko-Tex Standard 100 oder gleichwertig, 3,33% Per- und polyfluorierte Chemikalien (PFAS)); - 70% Teststellung (10,5% Abfrage Musterexemplar, 59,5% Teststellung). Die Teststellung findet von Montag, 20.01.2025 bis Freitag, 24.01.2025 am Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus in der Ludwigstraße 2 in 80539 München statt.
