Original language: GermanDas Landesjugendamt hat gemäß § 85 Abs. 2 Ziffer 8 des Sozialgesetzbuches (SGB) Achtes Buch (VIII) den gesetzlichen Auftrag, Fortbildungen für die Mitarbeiter der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe anzubieten. Die kontinuierliche Fortbildung ist unerlässliche Voraussetzung für die Erhaltung und Verbesserung der Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter. Der Fortbildungsauftrag umfasst den gesamten Aufgabenkatalog der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und gilt für alle Mitarbeiter, sowohl bei den öffentlichen als auch bei den freien Trägern. Die Jahrestagung der Adoptionsvermittlungsstellen Sachsen 2026 zum Thema »Adoptivkinder in besonderen Lebensphasen und Übergängen« richtet sich an die Fachkräfte der sächsischen Adoptionsvermittlungsstellen. Die dreitägige Veranstaltung umfasst zwei Teile. Das Tagungsthema »Adoptivkinder in besonderen Lebensphasen und Übergängen« soll im Rahmen des zweiten Teils der Jahrestagung innerhalb von zwei Tagen, konkret am 02.12.2026 und 03.12.2026 ganztägig, vermittelt werden. Fachkräfte lernen im zweiten Teil der Tagung, welcher durch den Auftragnehmer gestaltet wird, was bei Übergängen mit Adoptivkindern geschieht, Fakten zur Gehirnentwicklung, zur Beziehungsveränderung, welche Kompetenzen Adoptiveltern benötigen, um ihr Kind in Übergangsphasen gut zu unterstützen und zu begleiten, wie Eskalation begrenzt werden kann und wie Kommunikation in der Familie gelingen kann. Im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung durch den Auftragnehmer sollen verschiedene Übergänge im Lebenslauf des Adoptivkindes und in der Entwicklung der Adoptivfamilie beleuchtet werden: • Der Übergang, der keiner ist: Frühe Trennung • Aufnahme in die Kindertagesbetreuung • Einschulung • Pubertät • Ablösung von zwei Elternpaaren Ziel der Leistungserbringung ist es, Adoptionsvermittlungsfachkräften fundiertes Wissen und praktisches Werkzeug für die Begleitung der Adoptivfamilien bei Übergängen und besonderen Lebensphasen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei die Möglichkeiten des Kompetenzaufbaus, Deeskalations- und Bewältigungsstrategien sowie innerfamiliäres Konfliktmanagement. Leistungsgegenstand ist die Vorbereitung, zweitägige Durchführung und Nachbereitung des zweiten Teils der Jahrestagung der Adoptionsvermittlungsstellen Sachsen zum Thema »Adoptivkinder in besonderen Lebensphasen und Übergängen«.
