Monocalcium Phosphate

This tender concerns the supply of 6,000 kg of monocalcium phosphate of mineral origin, intended for use in animal feed production. The product will be packaged in 25-30 kg bags. The applicable VAT rate will be determined according to the classification of animal feed within the Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes specified in Annex 10 of the VAT Act. The monocalcium phosphate must meet specific quality parameters, including a minimum content of phosphorus compounds of 22.5%, and a minimum content of phosphorus compounds soluble in 0.4% HCl of 20.0%. Additionally, strict limits are set for impurities: fluorine must be less than 0.2%, arsenic less than 0.001%, lead less than 0.002%, cadmium less than 0.001%, and mercury less than 0.00001%. The total weight of a pallet, including the bags, must not exceed 1,000 kg. The contracting authority is a registered agricultural taxpayer and will utilize the procured product for its own operational needs.
