Original language: csPředmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je pořízení fotografií projektů spolufinancovaných z Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu (dále jen „IROP“) ve fázi před nebo v průběhu nebo po ukončení realizace projektu (též „Dílo č. 1“), fotografií z půldenních akcí (též „Dílo č. 2“) nebo fotografie z celodenních akcí (též Dílo č. 3“) nebo fotografií portrétů (též „Dílo č. 4“) dodavatelem (též „Poskytovatel“) dle požadavků zadavatele (též „Objednatel“) (souhrnně též „Předmět plnění“ nebo „Dílo“). Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (součástí Díla) se rozumí rovněž úprava fotografií pro účely jejich dalších použití, export do publikovatelného formátu a předání zdrojových souborů po úpravách. Zdrojové soubory po úpravách jsou rovněž součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky.
