La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un accord-cadre relatif à la fourniture de carburant, de recharge sur borne électrique, et de prestations associées par cartes accréditives. Cet accord-cadre est conclu pour un groupement de commandes dont le coordonnateur est Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération qui assure la passation du présent accord-cadre. Les membres qui composent le groupement sont les personnes morales suivantes : Arpajon, Avrainville, Brétigny-sur-Orge, Breuillet, Bruyères-le-Châtel, Cheptainville, Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération (coordonnateur du groupement), Régie publique de l'eau de CDEA, Egly, Guibeville, Marolles-en-Hurepoix, La Norville, Le Plessis-Pâté, Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, Villiers-sur-Orge. L'accord-cadre, composé d'un lot unique est exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande au fur et à mesure des besoins. Les prestations sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
