Ce marché comprendra notamment les éditeurs Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Vmware, RedHat. Le SICIO dispose d'un parc d'environ 40 postes de travail et 280 Serveurs. Il gère aussi le déploiement de certains logiciels sur le parc de ces villes adhérentes soit environ 1800 postes de travail.
