1. The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has applied for a credit from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Multimodal Transport and Logistics Project (PTML) and intends to apply part of the amounts for this financing to make payments for the contract for the supply of safety materials and equipment at Toliara Airport: 01 marking machine (runway marking).
2. The PTML Project Coordination Unit / Madagascar Airports (ADEMA) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of two (02) marking machines (runway marking). The execution period is ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE (105) days after the Service Order to commence services. Inspection and testing will be carried out at the final destination (Toliara Airport). The warranty period will be twelve (12) months after delivery. No preference margin is granted under this Request for Quotation.
3. The procedure will be conducted by national competitive bidding using a Request for Quotations as defined in the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers", Seventh Edition, September 2025.
4. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain information from the Multimodal Transport and Logistics Project (PTML), located on the Ground Floor, Maison des projets, Agence Routière premises in Alarobia, 101 Antananarivo, and may inspect the Request for Quotation during office hours from 09:00 to 16:00 at the address mentioned below.
