Provision of Fixed Telephony Services via Microsoft Teams Operator Connect for the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG)

Cette expression d'intérêt s'adresse aux opérateurs de télécommunications établis en Suisse et porte notamment sur : • la fourniture de services de téléphonie fixe ; • des forfaits d'appels nationaux et internationaux compétitifs ; • l'intégration des services via Microsoft Teams Operator Connect ; • la prise en charge d'environ 2 000 lignes utilisateurs ainsi que d'une centaine de téléphones analogiques. L'objectif sera d'établir un contrat d’une durée initiale de trois (3) an avec possibilité d’une prolongation d'une (1) période supplémentaire et consécutive de deux (2) années maximum (3+2), sous réserve de l'éxécution satisfaisante des prestations effectuées et de la disponibilité des budgets de l'ONUG. Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ____________________________________________________________________________ IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified companies for the provision of Fixed Telephony Services via Microsoft Teams Operator Connect for the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG). This expession of interest will be addressed to telecommunications operators established in Switzerland and will cover, among other things: • the provision of fixed telephony services; • cost-effective national and international calling plans; • service integration through Microsoft Teams Operator Connect; and • support for approximately 2,000 end-user lines and around 100 analogue telephones. The objective will be to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional consecutive two (2)-year periods (3+2), subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor and the availability of UNOG budgetary resources.
