Original language: FrenchLa présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre de fourniture de titres restaurant dématérialisés à l’attention du personnel de la Communauté d’agglomération de Lamballe Terre & Mer, du CIAS de Lamballe Terre & Mer et de la ville de Lamballe-Armor. Cette consultation s’effectue dans le cadre d’un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les 3 organismes cités ci-dessus. Le coordonnateur du groupement est Lamballe Terre & Mer. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les montants des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre sont définis comme suit : - Seuil maximum Lamballe Terre & Mer : 700 000,00 euros H.T. - Seuil maximum ville de Lamballe-Armor : 350 000,00 euros H.T. - Seuil maximum CIAS de Lamballe Terre & Mer : 290 000,00 euros H.T. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction éventuelle. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d’un an avec une période de mise en place préalable d'un mois maximum à compter du 01er décembre 2026, afin de permettre la mise en place pour début des prestations au mois de janvier 2027. L'accord-cadre peut être reconduit tacitement 3 fois 1 an. La durée d’exécution maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues est de 4 ans.
