Elle souhaite intensifier son action au bénéfice des collégiens et lycéens, via la création d'un espace exclusivement dédié (Maison des Jeunes), incarnant physiquement sa politique jeunesse, et qui constituera une prestation nouvelle. Le marché porte sur l'installation d'un local modulaire permanent (construit hors site), à la place de l'actuel hangar sis 11 rue de Ploix (ancien bâtiment d'activité de bureaux à démolir préalablement). La Maison des Jeunes sera constituée d'une salle multi-sports, d'une salle multi-activités avec coin cuisine, de bureaux, sanitaires, d'un local de réserves de stockage, d'un local technique.
