Le marché comprend en partie ferme: - l’étude et la fourniture d’un MEB. - la livraison (emballage et manutention si nécessaire sur site de l’appareil). - l’installation, la mise en service (appareil installé en zone réglementée sur le site du CEA de Valduc), les tests de bon fonctionnement en présence du personnel CEA. - une formation initiale sur site du personnel CEA à l’utilisation de l’instrument. - un contrat de maintenance préventive et corrective sur 3 ans, démarrant à l’issue de la garantie de 12 mois qui couvre tout type d’intervention et inclut les pièces, la main d’œuvre et les déplacements. Le contrat de maintenance devra intégrer les kits de consommables et pièces nécessaires à la maintenance préventive (liste des éléments à préciser) ainsi que les solutions certifiées de vérification. - la fourniture de la documentation (appareil, support de formation etc.) ainsi que le PV de mise en service de l’appareil.
