Original language: FrenchL'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Afin de répondre à un besoin partagé par la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Saint-Omer ainsi que par le CIAS, un groupement de commandes pour la fourniture et la livraison de titres restaurant a été constitué. La CAPSO assurera la coordination du groupement de commandes. La valeur faciale d'un titre restaurant s'élève à 8 euros (huit euros). Cependant, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit de modifier le montant facial du titre en cours de contrat par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.. A titre indicatif, il est estimé pour ce marché une volumétrie annuelle de 89 000 titres restaurant dont 1 000 pour le CIAS
