The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has received financing from the World Bank to finance the "Digital and Energy Connectivity for Inclusion in Madagascar" (DECIM) Project, and intends to apply part of this financing to make payments under the Contract "Supply and delivery of IT equipment, technical and network equipment, audiovisual equipment and internet connectivity services (ISP) for the pilot hubs at the central headquarters of CNTEMAD as part of the transformation into a Public Virtual University, divided into 3 Lots. :

2. The DECIM Project Coordination Unit (PCU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications to supply and deliver IT equipment, technical and network equipment, audiovisual equipment and internet connectivity services (ISP) for the pilot hubs at the central headquarters of CNTEMAD as part of the transformation into a Public Virtual University. The total delivery period is four (04) months.
3. The procurement process will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as defined in the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (Fifth Edition, September 2023) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Regulations.
4. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain information from the DECIM PCU and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time) at the address mentioned below.
