La Métropole Rouen Normandie souhaite se doter de parcs vélos sécurisés dans lesquels les usagers pourront accéder à une place de stationnement vélo sécurisée, par abonnement ou par ticket horaire. Le matériel attendu devra être qualitatif et esthétique de façon à satisfaire l'intégration paysagère et ainsi répondre aux exigences des architectes des bâtiments de France (ABF).
