1. The Republic of Madagascar has received financing from the World Bank to finance the PROJECT TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO DRINKING WATER "PAAEP", and intends to use part of this credit to make payments for the market relating to the services mentioned above.
2. The PAAEP Project Management Unit invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications for the SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS, CONSUMABLES FOR THE TREATMENT OF WATER FROM DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS (PWS) IN THE 68 CENTERS. The delivery period is six (06) months.
3. Procurement will be conducted through national competitive bidding as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) for Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services", 7th Edition-September 2025, accessible at www.worldbank.org, and open to all eligible bidders as defined in said Regulations.
4. Eligible and interested Bidders may obtain information and review the Bidding Documents during business hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Madagascar time) at the address mentioned below.
