Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka 1 ks CO2 laseru pro ošetřování hypertorfických jizev v rámci rehabilitace těžce popálených pacientů pro Kliniku popáleninové medicíny Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. Součástí dodávky bude: • doprava, montáž, instalace, zprovoznění, • instruktáž dle § 41 zákona č. 375/2022 Sb., o zdravotnických prostředcích a diagnostických zdravotnických prostředcích in vitro, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále i jako ,,zákon o zdravotnických prostředcích“), • záruční servis v délce minimálně 24 měsíců, • předání dokladů, které se k dodanému zboží vztahují (dodací list nebo protokol o předání, návod k obsluze v českém jazyce /listinná verze i USB/, certifikát CE event. prohlášení o shodě podle zákona č. 22/1997 Sb., o technických požadavcích na výrobky a o změně a doplnění některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, protokol o instruktáži dle § 41 zákona č. 375/2022 Sb., o zdravotnických prostředcích a diagnostických zdravotních prostředcích in vitro, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Podrobná technická specifikace je uvedena v příloze č. 1 Zadávací dokumentace (Technická specifikace). Přístroj musí splňovat minimální technické podmínky specifikované zadavatelem v technické specifikaci. V rámci uvedených technických parametrů je u parametrů, které nejsou definovány max., min. či rozmezím, umožněna odchylka +/- 10% od požadované pevné hodnoty s tím, že musí být zachován uváděný medicínský účel, tj., jeho diagnostické nebo terapeutické využití. Dodávaný přístroj musí být nový, nepoužitý, nerepasovaný, nezastavený, nezapůjčený, nezatížený leasingem ani jinými právními vadami a nesmí porušovat žádná práva třetích osob k patentu nebo k jiné formě duševního vlastnictví. Součástí plnění je i provádění záručního servisu dle kupní smlouvy. Tato veřejná zakázka je financována Evropskou unií – Národní plán obnovy, 12. výzva Podpora rehabilitační péče pro pacienty po kritických stavech - podpora léčebné rehabilitace v rámci poskytovatelů vysoce specializované péče o pacienty s popáleninami, název projektu: Multimodální časná rehabilitace kriticky popálených pacientů (BURN-REHA), reg. č.
