Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the provision of legal services within the legal areas construction law and contract law, public procurements and legal advice within real estate. The framework agreement shall apply for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration as the agency, and call-offs can apply to all divisions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Directorate of Public Roads.
The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the need for legal services where the Customer/Attorney General does not have the capacity or for other reasons cannot or would like to undertake the assignment.
