Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení a obstarání veškerých prací nutných k výstavbě, úplnému dokončení a zprovoznění stavby „FRDB - Výstavba bytového domu – stavba“ (dále také jako „BD“ nebo „bytový dům“), která je výsledkem stavebních a montážních prací a související projektové a inženýrské činnosti vytvářející jednotný celek, který je sám o sobě dostatečný k plnění hospodářské nebo technické funkce, a to v rozsahu specifikovaném Zadávací dokumentací včetně příloh. Předmětem díla je nejen novostavba bytového domu na Praze 7, ale i úpravy okolních ploch. Objekt bytového domu je umístěn na volném nárožní parcele Bloku bývalé Papírny v Praze 7 Holešovicích, pozemek se nachází na nároží ulic „Železničářů“ a „Za Papírnou“.
